Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We value the rights of intellectual property and expect others to do the same. As per the regulations of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright holders or their representatives can submit a notice to us through our DMCA Agent for any infringement claims. Being an internet service provider, we are protected under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA against such claims. In order to submit a legitimate claim of infringement, certain information needs to be provided:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
  3. Details of the infringing material and how to locate it;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party;
  5. A statement declaring the unauthorized use of the material;
  6. An affirmation of the accuracy of the information provided and the authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Section 512(f) of Title 17 USC imposes penalties for misrepresentation in infringement claims. All takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for prompt action.

We may disclose the identity and details of any copyright infringement claim to the alleged infringing party. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to request its restoration. The notification must contain:

  1. Your signature;
  2. Description of the removed material and its original location;
  3. A statement affirming your belief that the removal was a mistake;
  4. Your contact information and consent to legal jurisdiction.

Submit your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably by email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement. We keep a record of DMCA notices and actively identify repeat offenders, terminating their accounts accordingly.

Modifications

We hold the right to change our DMCA policy at any time for any reason. We advise checking this page regularly for updates.
